My friend just turned me on to this chocolate pudding recipe from the
Balanced Bites Blog. Made with avocado and banana, it's whole food and very easy to prepare. I had to share. It's going to the office as a chocolate mousse pie next week for a healthy treat day. I will make a crust with raw almonds and dates. I have to be careful to make a dessert that is less than 200 calories. I think this one will be about 125 a slice, once it is paired with the almond/date pie crust.
