I got new rain boots for the garden and was reminded of a time when you were small in La Honda. It was an extremely wet winter and I felt bad you couldn't play in the rain without getting your shoes ruined. We both got new mud boots and the first thing you said was "Come on mom, let's celebrate and jump in the mud puddles."
